I've found that most of the time its caused by my motor assembly coming lose from its mounting. This is located under the panel with the switch. Pushing it one way or the other and hitting the button usually makes it work. I figure hitting bumps moves it around and accounts for the intermittent concern.

Mine does the same, sometimes it will go back, and others it won't.

Starting to get use to it.

I had the same problem, replaced the comfort relay and no more problems. Oddly my windows always worked, even if the sunroof wasn't.

One more for checking/researching about the comfort relay. Shoot me a PM if you need a hand with it.

Comfort relay, where is that located? Also the chick in your avatar is sexy.
