I have an 84 M10 that will be removed from the car in a couple of weeks by Bobby Thrash. The car is getting an upgrade in power. The engine runs fine, but I suspect it will need a new thermo timer (maybe cold start valve). It takes it awhile to start when cold (~4 or 5 times turned over) but then runs good after that. I have a rebuilt head that I haven't got around to putting on yet (valve guides in number 1 cylinder leak oil after sitting). The compression was 150 on number 1, and 155 on 2,3,&4). Don't know if thats good or not. Plugs, wires, cap, & rotor about 1 year old. Idles good. Let me know if your interested. I know Atlanta is a few miles from Vegas.
