It would be a good idea to have the engine mount tabs on the front subframe reinforced.
The rear subframe pick up points on your 95 may need to be reinforced by having the rear subframe removed and the area around the subframe bolts reinforced by welding on additional metal, rust prepping and paint.
The rear may or may not have been reinforced by a previous owner who was either informed or experienced the failure.

Yes.
The subframe where the motor mounts bolt to it is prone to cracking and breaking on any E36. Worth checking and reinforcing, especially on high mileage or tracked cars. Turner sells pre-cut weld-in reinforcements, or you can easily cut some from scrap metal.

All E36 M3's, regardless of build date, already have the reinforced chassis mounting points where the rear subframe bolts on.
In addition, M3's starting with the 98 model year have mildly reinforced subframe mounting tabs for the rear swaybar.
