when should i change the timing belt on my 1997 e39 also what should i look to do now or soon at this milage .

what spark plugs should i use in my car and what should they be gapped too?

the car is running stong and i would liketo keep it that way

I would do a complete Inspection II. I beilieve BMW's have timing chains which don't require maintenance. Check drive belts for usage. Also I'd recommend you use BMW spark plugs. They are made by NGK to BMW tolerances.
