FEELER ONLY: I haven't decided if I'm going to pull it yet.
I'm considering an engine swap for my M3, but it ultimately depends on selling the current setup.
S50 w/ 62k miles (original motor in my 95 M3)
Head ported and polished
Upgraded cooling system
Compression test and leakdown done last February, all cylinders above 200psi, leakdown good as well
Dinan Powerdyne supercharger kit - head unit recently rebuilt with 928 Motorsports ceramic bearings and kevlar belt
Put 282 whp down with misfiring in the upper revs (crappy plugs)
AA flywheel and Sachs Heavy Duty clutch
I would include the complete engine, supercharger setup, all accessories, ecu, harness, trans, etc. Basically it would be ready to drop in to another car with minimal effort. Not sure what I could reasonably ask to get for it. $7000?
