Is there anyway to "sync" the driver and passenger side temp? On my '07 G35 you could press a button and the drivers temp control would control both the driver and passenger temp.

Not on the BMW series, they are always independent unless you manually change the temps. MAX cold will set both to 60, then you can raise them if you want.

Nope, I asked the same question just the other day and I have poured over the settings and manual.

Couple other things I have found in case they are of interest.

1-You cannot sync the fog lights to automatically activate with the headlights. You must push the button each time.

2-The headrests, can be folded back into a straighter position, but mine were very stiff feeling like they could NOT be. I removed them and found that they do indeed fold back, with some grunt.

3-The easiest thing to do with the windshield wipers is just hit the rain sensing button and be done with it.

4-The stereo sounds better in Cinema mode then music mode, no idea why.

5-The USB port will indeed play music off of a thumb drive with full navigation capabilities.

6-Set up your blinkers to the three blink mode for passing this works nicely for me.

This all might be redundant but these are things I have found with my first German car.

On an awesome note, I noticed that the car waits until it's warmed up a bit to blast you with air. Generally when the car is cold in the evening it kicks in hard after 3-4 minutes and the air is lukewarm instead of 20 degrees F.

I still need to read my manual...

Whe I first got my car the only thing I read the manual for was how to add my voice contacts for voice activation. I'm sure there are many subtleties about the car that i am still ignorant of....

True, but if you hit the fogs the headlights will come on also.
