Questions about my new Car 323i

I just got the new 2008 BMW 323i (canada)... Hey I know its the lowest 3 series but I'm only 18 so Im still very happy.

The colour I happened to pick up is Jet black, But I wanted the Black Sapphire Metallic, is the Jet black which is non-metallic still going to shine and look nice the Black Sapphire? Colour is very important to me.

Another question .....is the 2008 BMW 3 series design any different from 2006 or 2007?

And lastly my car is pretty much stock, but was it still a good decision to purchase it over the 08 Lancer GTS, and Volks Jetta 08?

Click on the pic in my signature for a larger picture. It is very shiny and if you take care of it, it will stay like that, albeit that will take a lot of effort.
No changes in 2008 so far. Even a stock 323 is a much better car than the others. At 18, anyone would be delighted to own one.
