Hi
I haven't started modding my car yet but I would really like to. I live in Boston and commute to Maine and NH on a fairly regular basis. My car is my daily driver so it is exposed to the crappy roads, salt, snow, rain, ice etc.... Are there any mods that I should not consider doing?
Thanks for the help

yeah get mods!

at least go with 17s or 18s, clears, and an exhaust. i'd say lower it too, but that's up to you since the roads can be bad up there.

no personal experience though, so i can't help with that.
theres plenty of stuff you can do though.....if you are in that car a lot maybe upgrade the stereo system and speakers too?

Mine is a daily driver, and is a cabrio.

You can get dedicated summer and winter wheels if you are worry about salt and sand. My SSR's will not see snow.

Just keep your eyes open for potholes if you do get wheels or have the car lowered.

Wash your car frequently too. Salt an sand is unavoidable after a snow storm, I hose my underbody every other day at a self-serve car wash.

Performance mod will take a beating no matter what, thats what they are designed to do. Cosmetic mods and audio electronics mods can be fun as well.
