Quick Help Please!

ok, so my body shop guy has had my car for 3 weeks now, and ill i got was a bumper that needs to be put on!!!

i have to call him in 2 hrs....can someone give me a do-it-yourself site on how to install a front bumper so i can prove to him with a printout of how quick and easy it is?

can anyone help me here??? i cant find any for an E36 front bumper???

OEM bumper, it should not take any longer than 30mins-1hour to install. Aftermarket fibreglass stuff I don't know. I don't know of any write up but I've done it plenty of time and it's just bolts and screws

i know!! its oem, the same one i had (i smashed my other one)

3 weeks!! but i cant find anything
