Could be depending on the final price, but that car new would only sticker around 45k. I would have it inspected by an independent BMW dealer and have them pull the vehicle records to see what if anything has been done to it. Looks a little dirty too. You'd think the Lexus dealer would've detailed the interior prior to taking pictures.

Yes (standard on 335 coupe), Yes (you can tell by the wheels), and Don't Think So (has power seats, but those are available a-la-carte as well -- but the seats look like leatherette IMO).
