1986 Euro 635Csi

Hi. I just joined, and I currently own a 1990 535i, but I am looking for info on my friends 1986 635Csi. It is a Euro as can be identified by the rear license plate location, and confirmed by the VIN. The VIN also indicates it came with a catalytic converter, so does it still have the higher HP engine? It also has an Alpine steering wheel, was that an option, or just added later? Thanks for your help.

it is the lower HP motor. 185 hp. just like my euro. its got the german writing on the inside too correct?? and probably an option. get the euro it weighs less and has much nicer looking bumpers than an US model

Sorry I don't have photos. It is dark brown, very good condition, less than 100,000 mi. Speedo and tach not working, bad front seats and missing rubber strip on rt. front bumper. It is a auto and he wants $6500. We will be in Sebring this weekend for the Vintage Races, or call Bob at 863-439-5842.
