I was going to do it myself but I really hate crawling under the car. Finding someone in the little niche of W. Pa. called Butler was a struggle. Finally located a shop to do it so I ordered everything from the tranny to the rear end. Flex disc, drive shaft, center bearing, exhaust hangers and every nut and bolt in between. This guy was great, he removed the entire exhaust and heat shield. When he got to the drive shaft the center bearing was totally missing from its carrier, not a piece of it to be found. Installed the drive shaft. Had to fabricate one of the center exhaust hangers. Took him about 4 1/2 hours total. When I went to pay the bill he said $150 cash or $200 if he had to deal with a bank. Off to the ATM I went relishing the 540 without it sounding like a jackhammer in the tunnel.
