I found another E34 locally that I am thinking of buying. 535/5. Considering selling my car. Please let me know if you are interested. I probably will not include the schnitzers. Car is in excellent shape, but needs rear control arm bushings or subframe bushings to fix the negative toe in the rear and needs a new heater core, which i have new in box. Car drives like new!!!!
My car is a 92 525/ 5 speed. White with black interior. new suede headliner. Interior is great, body is great. 140k miles. New head, water pump, radiator, etc. Also recently upgraded the suspension. Shocks, springs, thrust arms, etc.
PM me for further details. I am sure everyone has seen plenty of pix.

Maybe. For the right price. If I can get my mini bonus in time, I may just have both. Which I would prefer of course. Money is extremely tight right now.
BTW, heater works, but heater core leaks a lil. Causes the antifreeze smell when running the heat
are you just wanting the m60? going with a different color?

never seen interior shots of your car, very nice! can you pm me a ballpark of what you're looking for? i've got a buddy here in AZ looking for an E34. he wants a 535i but yours may be too clean to pass up.
thx!

Good luck with the sale! I would love to have it, but being a broke college kid with a lengthy parts list for my touring doesn't help....

I've had 3 different e34's and an e32 and they all did that.

It'll take thousands to make another car as nice as yours, I absolutely love the M30 and wouldn't trade it for anything BUT its a labour of love. Like a naughty child that pisses you off ($700 this month :() but makes you laugh :D
Be sensible keep the M50, you wallet will thank you.
Be silly and get the M30 :devillook
I don't really know why you want a 535 anyways.. If you want to go faster put an S50 in it.. If you want to go FI build a turbo. :dunno
2 is always better than one. Good luck on the sell/buy.

Kessler, never question the M30! The M30 rules all!
Oh, wait, I did just buy an M60.

Ha. Only considering b/c the 535 is a steal. Trust me. I don't want to sell. It is so hard to find alpine with black leather and 5 speed. I would proably try to get around $5k if I do sell. Hopefully all will work out and I can have both. Unfortunately, the water pump for my well at home died today and that is a $700 fix :( I listed my newly retsored pool table for sale to help with the bills

Such a beautiful car, even moreso now that I've see the interior! Surely a steal for $5k, hopefullly it will go to a good enthusiast home. Methinks you will soon be addicted to the torque of the old M30!

Aren't the full res images on my flickr page?
Like I said.... I may suprise you all and keep both which would be nice cuz the 3.5 is black on dove. It would be nice to have polar opposites in my garage. I am soooo close to tasting money at work, it makes me sick!!!! I love my car, and I really want to go FI with the small, higher revving M50. The more I read about the M30, especially after driving an E28 M30/5 recently, the more I worry I might want more torque.
If I could do turbo on the M60 with the 6 speed, there would be no question. Room is not a sparing in the 540 though :( Twin turbo V8 would be lovely

Wouldn't the polar opposite be Black on Lotus?:dunno

Close enough. WTF is lotus? Somehow this is new to me. I have never really been a fan of the dove even, but I imagine black carpet and black headliner with charcoal suede door inserts and it sounds nice.
Someone is checking the car out for me. May be a no go, but it looks pretty good and is offered from a reliable person who knows how to maintain a car for a great price.
I may clean the car up, fix a few minor things and sell it at a profit...... Who knows, but I want to get a feel for my options regardless. That is why this was an indication of interest. I have only considered selling my car once before in two years.

Lotus white is a factory interior color, I believe they offered it before Dove grey.

You have a great car and its in pristine condition. My .02 is you should not even consider this deal unless you are acquiring the big dog.... and that would be an M5.
Although nice, a 535/5 is half baked way to the M. No offense meant to those who own 525s and 535s but trying to provide some sound advice here.

I'm offended...! lol
My oppinion is DON'T SELL! I have a 5 speed m30 and I absolutely LOVE it, but your car is too perfect and IMO it's so much easyer for you to just swap the engine then to make a 535 that nice.
Thats if you want a m30 that bad
Cause If I were you I'd start considering FI

m3 swap much easier... m30 is a completely different beast.
