ECU Chip from Bavarian Autosport

There are lot of discussions about the EAT chip but did someone tried one from Bavarian?
They mention that "Our performance chip will make your BMW instantly faster and quicker. With this Bavarian Autosport Performance Chip, you'll increase your peak horsepower from 208 (stock) to 227, your peak torque from 223 to 242, as well as increasing your rev limit to 6800 RPMs."
For a 535i E34 performances seem a little bit better than EAT.
Any comments?

I don't know if they still are but a few years ago, the BavAuto chips were actually re-labled Auto-Thority chips, which is a respectable tuner. I think anymore they specialize in 3-series. I know their V-8 chips are very good.

for the 535i? I have one and was happy with it. I am now on standalone and don't need it :)

As a curiosity why you are not using it anymore?

I've gone with a full standalone setup. Megasquirt to be specific. The chip worked great but you can't eliminate the afm and distributor with just a chip.
