Headers, do they work?

I see hp claims of 15hp for the schrick headers...that's kinda hard to believe, but does anyone have experience with them, or any other headers for that matter? thanks

I have read somwhere that if you don't take out or change the CAT header won't do you anygood. I think Jim C. test the header and wrote his finding once try to search it at www.unofficialbmw.com. Good luck.
