ok so im buying an m3 bumper from this kid in this forum and it seems like the bolts at the bottom seem to be rusty and wont come off.. not sure wut other tool you can use besides a torque skrew to get it off.. but we attempted to take it off and i think the thread of the bolt is worn out.. is there something else that can be used to take take it off and make the transfer or should i take it to a body shop?
p.s i have a 94 325is and the car that this is happening to is mine

Impact wrench and penetrating oil. You can rent an impact wrench at Home Depot or a similar store.

Which bumper are we talking about? And what bottom bolts? There are just 4 bolts for the bumper carrier, all the others are screws.

What bolts at the bottom? There are 4 nuts in the front, and 3 small bolts and 2 push rivets on each bottom corner, and 2 screws in the wheelwell.

He's talking about the torx bolts on each side of the rear bumper that hold the bumper itself, to the shock. Im the person he's buying the rear M3 bumper off of. The torx bolt by the exhaust is stripped on his bumper........that and I also couldn't get the 2 of the 4 nuts off that hold the support onto my rear M3 bumper......I digress. Anyway, at the time, I really didn't want to drill cause he had an hour ride back home and didn't feel like having home go home with the bumper hanging half off the car cause I didn't have a replacement. I actually have an impact wrench and never even thought about that.
P.S This weather sucks to be doing this. Heated garages FML.

Why dont you just drop the 4 nuts inside the trunk that hold the entire assembly to the car.

Well 1st that is making more work than really necessary. Also it still doens't help at getting the bolt out, its just working around the problem. Im swapping the bumper, not the whole bumper assembly.

Just the aluminum part? Was it in an accident?
Its really not that hard to remove it, and it may make it easier to work on with it on a work bench.
