17x8 DP Motoring Enduro Wheels - 3 piece

I have another project in mind and am in need of funds. Wheels are 17x8 DP Motoring Enduros painted Cosmos Black. There is no stamp on the inside with the offset but I would estimate around 35-38, I am able to run 245s all around with no spacers and there's no rubbing whatsoever. One wheel does have a ding in the lip (bent in area about the size of a quarter) but it should be an easy fix, I had a shop in town that said he would re-polish all the lips and fix the blemish for $100, I just haven't had time to take them apart and get them over there.

Price is firm at $800 plus 50% of the actual shipping costs. I will have pictures of the blemish up soon. If you would like me to have them polished out I'll take care of it for the $100 that the guy will charge.

Are these wheels forged? How much do they weigh? Can you measure the width of the inner and outer barrels?

Also, do you have pics when they were still silver centers? I'd like to see some close-up shots of the outer lips as well as an angle shot to show how "deep" the lip is.

I am not sure if these are forged, I am kind of doubting it since they do weigh ~23-24 lbs. I will have the measurements and more detailed photos tomorrow night.

Tires are included if you want them, they're 245/40 Kumho MXs. I'll provide pictures of the tread with the other pictures.
