So yesterday I changed out my pads, installed brass caliper guides and flushed the old Motul RBF600 with ATE Super Blue. I have checked the new guides pins are well greased and sliding free (twice). I took the car out yesterday and bedded the brakes in as specified. The new pads are Ferodo DS2500's. Left the car to sit overnight took it out this morning and after 20-30 minutes of normal driving I had to make a hard stop at a light. When I started to drive again there was a thumping from the drivers side front brake. It felt like a pad (or both) were dragging because the thumping would stop when I applied the brakes which leads me to beleive it is not a warped rotor. It would go away when making a left turn and would re-appear when making a right turn. I will have the car up again to re-check everything this afternoon, but wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this before. Thanks for the help.

Check to see if the spring tensioner is functioning correctly. It sounds like the pads are backing away from the rotor and causing the vibration.

Race type pads typically don't have the anti-vibration springs/clips that street pads will have. As a result they'll clack at low speeds. I don't know if the Ferodo DS2500's are in that class of pads, but if they are that's probably what the noise is.

The DS2500 are classified as a Street/Light Track pad and they do have the spring clips on the inside pads. There is a noticeable noise that goes along with the vibration, but it is more the vibration that bothers me. It def. gets worse as speed increases. I'm headed out to check it out now and will report back in a few hours.

Well I basically loosened all the bolts and pins, tightened them back up and re-greased the pins and it seems to be gone. Didn't find anything wrong when I got in there but we will see if it stays away.
