Another bulb question- can we recap?

So, what are the basic items available for lighting upgrade without re-wiring? My glasses are getting thicker so High, low and fogs are my goal. I've never had a problem to date as my e34's have never really been my drivers but now the Touring will be put into service until snow comes.

So, what are the options?
