im not entirly a fan of threads like this but.... (carbon hood question)

The price seems too good and I'm in the market for a hood before winter. So if this one is as good as it seems, i just found one.

I've always been a strong believer in "you get what you pay for".... a cheap carbon fibre hood may not be as durable as one from a well known quality manufacturer. You may regret your purchase after the first hail storm. Not to mention the fit may not be perfect (you may have to do some modifications to make it fit).

I have no personal experience with deftracing, but I do know a good bit of people that've bought their CF hoods with no complaints.

I completely understand. Thats why I reluctantly started this thread, to see if anyone had experience with them. Just to see if it is indeed too good to be true.
