I wouldn't say consensus. You have people that love it, others that notice no difference, and then others who argue the physics that it can't possibly do anything.

If you wanna shell out $$$ for the placebo effect and satisfaction to your butt dyno and mod list, then i'd say do it up. Otherwise, there's probably better ways to spend the dough.
