...as in hours spent detailing. Just picked up my new polishers and after 8 long hours, here are my results. My car was never in bad shape but it did have some minor spider-webbing since it is a 94 and it has never been machine polished. I used Wolfgang swirl remover on a white LC pad on a rotary, Klasse AIO on a black LC pad on a dual action, and Klasse sealant by hand. I'm pretty happy with the results.

Looks great.
Did you use claybar at all?
Next time you may want to experiment with a light cutting compound on the horizontal surfaces, they almost always will benefit especially on 13 year old paint.

Did you enjoy the process?

Yes, I clayed before I started. I think before I start using a cutting compound, I'd use an orange pad, instead of the white pad I used, with the swirl remover.

Thanks, I did enjoy the process but sore as hell the next day. It was all worth it though. Just glad I didn't burn my paint being that it was the first time I used a rotary.

Nope, must be lighting or something. The finish on the door looks a little different in the photo but when you look at it live, it looks exactly like all the other panels. Weird. The only thing that is re-painted from that angle is the bottom part of the rear bumper (it used to be flat grey). Here's a pic of the same side b4 I polished the car. Panels look more consistent.
