Try Mr. Clean's Magic Eraser or Lexol leather cleaner...

If it's soaked into the leather, you may be hosed. But yes, I'd have a (gentle) go at it with the Magic Eraser. I've had good luck with them on areas like the vinyl door sills, but I'm afraid they might take the dye out of your leather, along with the ink.

I think it might be soaked in. I just got the car, a little over a week ago, but I know it was there when I got it. Any suggestions on where to get a new piece?

Well, a good upholstery shop can sew in a new panel, but I don't know how well they could match it to the rest of the seat. Have you tried any of the other suggestions?

This happened to my wifes week old Lexus tan leather. She sat on a pen there was alot of ink. I was told to use hair spray and it worked great. After i was done I used a generous amount of leather conditioner. It seems Lexus leather seats are more durable then my M3 but I would try it.

Here is a picture. Please let me know what you think, and if I should just replace the shift boot.

Well, that kinda depends on how much the stain bothers you. Before replacing it, though, I'd definitely try the other suggestions, then replace it as a last resort.
