1997-2000 5 Series "Angel Eye" Upgrade

Hey everyone, I am new to this forum but I am very interested in buying a 1997-2003 540i. I love the angel eye look of the 2001+ cars, and I was wondering what kits are available to upgrade the 1997-2000 cars to the same look as the 2001+. Any links would be greatly appreciated.
