They will but they're MASSIVE. 18" is pretty big for an E34, 19" is REALLY big...especially for an M20.

they'll fit, some dude in near my place got them on his E34. they look insane but barely fit, he had to modify the suspension to take them in. i'd stick with 18s if you plan on lowering the vehicle.

Are hubcentric rings and/or spacers needed?

No hubcentric rings.
I think the offset is higher...there could possibly be some rolling needed.

they should fit without hubcentric rings or spacers, atleast the ones on my sis' e34 do. I think they came off a 7er or a 6er....dont remember

Any chance you could post a shot from the side and the tire sizes for the front and back? I've been seeing good deals on the e65 wheels lately .. i might want a set.
from the back, it looks good.

sure I will try to do that this weekend for ya. as for the tire size the ones in the pics are 245/45 all around but I have gotten new tires for it since that picture. 245/40 all around now and IMO it fits the car much better and isnt as bulky...

Looking forward to seeing the pics! :)
I was under the impression those were 9 front and 10 inches back... or am I thinking different wheels?
