Yup they will hook up the front of your car drag it out of the spot and then hook up to the rear and when you come out your face will be like...:eyecrazy

They can drag your car out by whatever end faces out. This can do a lot of damage to your drivetrain/suspension depending on how they approach the situation, and 95% of the time they are not liable for the damage they do in removing your vehicle. Don't park where you shouldn't.

they also have little dollies they can put under the car to move it.

I saw a guy in a truck towing an E34 this weekend by the front wheels. Yes, the back wheels were rolling.

Oh yes they will surely take your car. I have a friend who is a repo man. He will drag the car down the block if he has to. He has shown up at my place with a new M6, Jaguars, Corvettes, Porches, on many occasions to take me for a "joyride" in the cars owned by other people. The guys who tow these cars, no matter if it's a Lamborghini, BWM, or Toyota Corolla, don't car what happens to your car in the process of taking it from you. Some people actually come out of the house and throw a punch at my buddy who then calls the Police and has them arrested...then he proceeds to take their car right out of the drive way.

How long he can keep confiscated cars? It gives me an idea of very lucrative business, like he can give the cars in rent and collect good money.
