Windshield Washer Pump Wiring

I have a 1999 528i and I'm not getting any power to the windshield washer pump. The fuses are intact.

Any suggestions on how to problem solve this?

I'd take the motor out of the tank (in pass wheel well) and then have someone pull the washer arm with the car on, test leads for power. if power is present test motor to be sure it's bad. good luck.

Thanks, I've already been down that road and have a new pump. I'm not getting power at the pump, so I'm trying to determine where to start looking for the cause. The fuses are good. (Fuse layout says I'm looking at #2 and #4)

Is there anything about the fuse board I should be looking into? How about the switch on teh sterring column?
