You just need to have enough posts to be able to upload pics. That doesn't stop you from uploading pics to like any sort of imageposting website and posting the URL. use like imagehost.com or imagevenue.com

And what he said too... and what not.
How did you get to have a picture of a white 335i on your post? I'd like to have a picture of my car... maybe.
Just keep posting... when it comes down to it, no one cares that much about what your car looks like, other than you anyway. We all have generally the same car with a variety of different options and colors. I'm not looking to buy another BMW right now and most other E90 owners on this board aren't going be in the market for a while either. If we've taken the time to surf through this forum and post a bunch of stuff because we wanted to be members, we're probably very familiar with what all the different 3 series cars look like with all the different colors and options you can get. (that's my Masshole attitude coming out... sorry about that... sort of)

Wow that's kinda rude to the newbie. If he wants to post his pics, I am sure there are many here that would like to view them. No need to be antagonistic.
P.S. I don't recall that attitude when I was in Boston, but then when I was out west people seemed more rude! I wonder...

Yeah... I guess that was rude. I guess I'm just jealous because I haven't hit 100 posts yet to have pictures of my car in my signature.
I live in California now and they just don't do much straight talking here. In Boston or anywhere in Massachussetts they're a little bit rude sounding. It's refreshing sometimes to hear it straight though, even if it might come across a little rude.
Here's a picture or two of my car, for the heck of it: :D

Check out my post about how I like i-Drive: I-Drive review (http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=840167) It was posted on 9-29-07, so only a few days ago.

Heh -- As someone just recently joining the forum, and thinking about ordering a 328xi or 335xi, I'm anxious to see actual car photos since the color samples on the BMW web site are so small, and the local dealership doesn't have very many colors in stock. Right now, your mix of Montego Blue and Terra leather are exactly what I wanted to see!
Thanks.

Same here, I was actually wondering about that. So you need 100 posts to get a picture in your sig?!
I'm used to Audiworld and it is nice to be able to see everyones cars, ask about mods, etc.
Although that forum is set up so different (not in a good way) I guess signature pictures could get old in this format

John, thanks for saying that. I might have been like you in looking for what I wanted. I really wanted that Montego Blue. My interior preferences were either Terra or Black Dakota leather and I did not want the brushed aluminum, but I did want the darker wood grain. I got real lucky, I think, when they found exactly what I asked for while the car was just at the port before it even got to a dealer's lot. I had to put a deposit down to secure the car because I thought it was perfect for me and probably unusual or rare and it might be snatched up quickly and then I'd be really upset if I missed this one. It's also a manual and has i-Drive with a few other nice to have options, with made it even better. I really like the color combination and realize that it's unusual. I get a lot of complements from other BMW enthusiasts. I work with 2 other people with E90's, but one has silver and the other black and they're pretty basic 330i's and another guy has a black E46 M3 convertible with the red brick leather. I've always loved his car, but now I love mine more. I've tinted my windows since I took those pictures that I posted. They're 35% on all the side windows and 20% on just the rear window. I think it's a really good combination. Also, I can't tell if the moonroof was already tinted, but it's now also tinted at 35%. Can you tell me if that moonroof is tinted like that when it comes stock? I can't remember. I guess they threw that in at no exra charge if they did it.

Moonroof already tinted. I've yet to see a car with a moonroof that is not tinted, but I still have a lot to see.
Cheers
