I just took delivery of a Barbera red 650 coupe at the Performance center in SC. Driving it over the past few weeks I feel its suspention is softer than the 04 645 that I had for three years. Both cars have the sport package.Does anyone know if they made the new 6 softer because now there,s an M available? The 04 had active steering which I didn,t order on the new car.New to the forum ,Thanks for any info.

The 650i is softer than the 645Ci as you noted but not because there is a ///M version. The reason mainly is because the typical buyer of these new 6ers want a softer less aggressive ride (Road feel).

I owned the 645CiC and I enjoyed the feel. When I bought the 650i (CiC), I noticed the ride was a bit smoother in all driving aspects. That's cool for me because when I want ruff-n-tough, I turn on sport mode and I get all I need. I bought the 650i will all options (Active steering) included!

Love it!:buttrock:buttrock
