Hi-pitched Noise From Wheel!!

Hi, i recently had the bearings changed on the rear left side of my 318is coup,now there is a hi pitched squeel every time the wheel rotates past a certain point???? any xplanations?? cars still driving smooth.

One time I had a small rock get stuck behind the backing plate for the brakes (between the rotor and the plate). Put some pressure on different parts of the backing plate (pushing inwards) and you may hear something drop. Take it for a spin and see if that solves the problem.

your bearing might be bad again. i got mine done and thought the squealing was something else. but it cost me another bearing and a new hub
