i check my compression on my 325 yesterday he car as a 190xxx miles on it and all six came out at 220psi wich seems awefully good for a motor with that many miles.
Post and compare?

Lack of response is due to similar threads already being made. I'd like to do a compression test on mine but I'm afraid to. What if I find out that my motor is shot? ;) In reality though, I'm too cheap to buy the kit. :stickoutt

i was worried to but im glad i did it cause i wan o supercharge it and i wouldnt do it nless i rebuild the motor or if it was in good shape

175,000 miles with 245 all across on my 325i.....

97 328 with 205000 compression is 205 or 210 in each cylinder

310k miles with 230psi in number 4, the rest 245 in the 92' 325i

Am I right in thinking the actual PSI is not as important as them all being roughly the same? And that the number can be affected depending on location?
I've been meaning to do a compression test for a while now.
