Can an E36 M3 bumper fit any E36 model???

What extra parts would be required to fit it?

Yes it will fit. Nothing extra if you get the whole bumper kit with moldings, brake ducts, etc. Mount point and bolts are the same.

YEs. As long as it's the e36 (not the Z3).
