Every time i stop i hear a squeeking noise from the front left of my car. My dad said it was probably the caliper because it was leakin fluid all over my front left tire. WHen i was doing my clutch we put it a dif clutch then we were suppose to ,long story, anyways we took it up to a guy when he was replacing the clutch (I was tired of being under the car so we took it to a store) he said that the front left lower control arm was shot. So if I replaced the front control arms will it get rid of the squeaking noise?

could be... unless you need new shocks... good luck!

I know you said you were tired of being under the car.. but!
Here's a suggestion that may help in the long run.

Jack up the front and take note of all the following:
Do the bushings on the control arm look dry rotted and torn?
Compare to the right side control arm.
Does the inner ball joints have a torn boot on the left and right
Do they look or are they rusted?
What about outer ball joints?
Grab the tires and wobble them (listen for creaking)
***Reason is possible Wheel Bearing in knuckle could be going bad.

Do tie rods appear worn around rubber boot?
On ball joints feel around them to see if any black paste comes/wipes off.
Check stabilizer bar bushings for extreme wear (metal on metal looseness).
** Is the stabilizer link on good condition (small connector at end of bar sitting on top of control arm)?
Lubricate the bolt points on each shock to rule out total metal fatigue.
Look closely at the caliper pins and inner rotor surface for wear.

So pretty much the front suspension you can check and if necessary do minor lubing with maybe lithium grease or heck even WD40 (I'd use that last) as a temporary check. Drive the car around briefly with lots of lefts and rights (if possible), then jack it up again.

Now check the shocks and shock mounting points again for looseness.
Are the covers torn, falling or rubbing on anything?
Ignoring the heat from the engine feel around the shocks for excess heat.
Comparing both sides on everything.

I know this sounds like a lot but hey..... If you can identify enough now, you can prepare to buy the parts ahead of time.

Hope this helps a little.

And oops forgot to mention
How is the brake fluid level after a day or two?

And no, there is no guarantee just replacing the control arms will stop the squeaking noise.
