Transmission replacement in Nashville, TN

I need to replace the manual transmission in my 2002 Mini Cooper. It only has 60,000+ miles. The quote from the dealership is really steep and I am trying to find other places here in town that will do it. I keep running into dead ends. Any suggestions?
