Question about dinan chip

Okay so yesterday i was messin around with my 93 325is and popped the ECU out. I found out it has a Dinan performance chip in it from the previous owner.

that is the chip number. I can not find ANY information online about this chip. If anyone knows anything about it it would be greatly appreciated! thanks!

I think you should first find out what DME you have, IIRC, you have a 413 DME. Afterwards you should contact Dinan directly and see if your chip is compatible with your DME. Best of luck.

yeah i tried the website and nothing came up.

i'm not trying to be a smart ass but wouldnt the car not work if the DME wasnt compatible??

and its a 93 325is, i think its 24 pins.

Record all the numbers from your ECU and chip, and just call Dinan with any questions. I don't think it's possible to have the wrong chip in there and still be operating your vehicle. # is (650) 962-9401 (Mountain View, CA branch)

yeah, well i mean i know its the right one. I was just wondering what the specs were.

and reds, i have M3 mirrors as of last week.. just got them painted! you should move to LA so we can roll together. lol jk
