rear seats

I have a 328i with a fold down arm rest in the back, i would like to have the fold down seats, anyone ever done the swap? Is the latch for the fold down seats bolted on or welded to the rear dash?

No one knows? Well, my dad has fold down rear seats so i guess i will have to quit being lazy and go inspect his really well. Anyone else out there rather have fold down seats?

I believe you can only swap fold downs from a sedan, which was a really rare option. Coupe seats are just different enough to not fit, but you might be able to rig something up to make them fit.

You would need to cut out a big chunk of metal from your car.
