Since the mods closed the previous thread, I am forced to start a new one as I am not a satisfied customer!

You have repeated promised me my refund, and have not done to so this date!

You PM'd me with this on Feb 26th

I responded to you via email! I hate this PM thing on BF.C..... I will simply say it again. I have no problem with trying to get the money together, its going to take al ittle bit of time. Things came up.. but i am not going to let it sit there for nothing. Christ, relax.

I had sent the pieces back to you on Feb 6th. It has been over a month now, and you are still holding onto my money! And you even had the gall to goto Mardi Gras on March 3rd and spent it!

I waited this long, and all you come up with are excuses. I expect to have my original $120 AND my return shipping of $5 refunded back to my paypal account by tonight. I know you are checking this forum because you have responded several times to the other thread already today, so I know you will see this.

WHERE'S MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!

cordially,
dan

Please be advised that I moved this here because the other Forum is for "VENDOR & DEALER" comments *ONLY* and not for seeking resolutions with another member for a private transaction by bashing them publicly here. Although we sympathize with your problem, please read the "Buyer beware..." language in the descriptions for our Buy, Sell or Trade Forums and take care of these problems by civil means. Thank you and good luck with your resolution.

What an idiot, someone seriously needs to confront this idiot to his face and set him straight. I would if I lived closer. Man give these people back there money and stop selling things. You've obviously ruined your reputation on this board. And don't bother relplying with your "oh you guys are getting so out of hand" or "I can't beleive you guys" acts. Don't act like you didn't do anything because if you have this many people upset at you you obviosly did. Get a life.

Yes please do an try to keep this civil. I don't want this tread to get locked too. I just want to get my money back and since months of PMing didn't work i have resorted to this. From now in any of Aaron's threads i will put a link to this thread untill this issue is resloved (as well as other people who have issues with him). A little help from the boards to do this would be nice too :)

Lou (BMC) seems a little more willing to respond and fix situations than this guy.

I thought there was an option in paypal to get your money back from the guy you sent it to if the transaction didn't go smoothly...isn't this an insurance type feature they offer?

you better email paypal asap to file a refund.
It takes them up to 30 days....

dan is NOT the only person who got fooled..
so I sure paypal will take action about this.

I'm posting an email I got from Paypal (I did business with Aaron not long ago & was NOT happy).

He gave me a chip that didn't work on my M3. I told him about it & he claimed I ruined the chip during the install. I emailed AA and they said the chip was for a pre 1/95 production date, when mine was 4/95. I had clearly posted my production date in a thread in the WTB forum (at dtmpower I think) and he said he had exactly what I was looking for. He sold me the wrong chip.

I told him I wanted my money back and he said he'd give me it back at the first of the next month. The first of the month came around, then so did the 20th of that month. I waited well over a month & he gave me nothing, claiming he had trouble with his Paypal account. I eventually just sold it again on the forums & took a little loss.

Here's the email I got from Paypal just before I resold the chip:

Dear Kevin,

Thank you for contacting PayPal.

I understand your frustration. However, PayPal's buyer protection policy
specifically covers only non-receipt of merchandise. PayPal is not the
venue that lists the item and we do not act as an escrow service. Because
the item is not advertised or listed by our service, we are not in the
position to verify the quality of an item delivered as opposed to what was
advertised.

While PayPal can not assist you directly in receiving a refund from this
seller, PayPal has recorded this information. If ANY seller receives
sufficient or excessive complaints due to ANY substantial issue - whether
it is something covered under PayPal's buyer protection policy or not-
PayPal will review the seller in question and determine whether we wish to
allow the seller to continue to use PayPal in the future. PayPal does not
tolerate fraud or illegal activities and your complaint has been noted in
the record of the PayPal user you reported. If we find this user to have
violated our policies, we will restrict this user's account until
complaints against the user have been resolved satisfactorily. If we take
such an action against this user's account, we may ask you to confirm
whether or not your complaint has been resolved.

We regret to inform you that we can not specifically assist you in this
matter. However, PayPal appreciates you filing your claim. This will
assist us in identifying problem sellers. In addition, PayPal has emailed
the seller and brought your complaint to the seller's attention.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us again.

Sincerely,
Erica

I got ripped by an eBay seller a few months back and got the same reply when I complained to PayPal. After dealing with eBay and PayPal to no avail...I finally called my credit card company. They said I should have contacted them right away. My credit card company reversed charges on PayPal. I got my money back. A few weeks later, PayPal sent me a threatening email saying, "...how I violated some service agreement by reversing charges....blah, blah, and they will cancel my account, blah, blah, blah...). Well...they never cancelled my account and even if they did, I can always open another one. They just got pissed cause, in the end, they got ripped. Oh well. Better them than me!

Is this guy a private party seller or somekind of product rep?

The pattern is clear AaronM3 :nono

You are a fraud. At first I considered maybe this was due to ignorance, but the trail of failed transactions indicates you are intentionally defrauding buyers.

Your time will come.

Paypal is a scammer's dream. Last year, someone hacked into a website where my wife bought some stuff and got our credit card number and address. He then opened a paypal acct and used my credit card to give himself like $2000. Paypal said it wasn't responsible. The credit card company reimbursed me but it was a huge pain in the ass. I recomment using escrow.com unless you have a reason to absolutely trust the seller.

Paypal's form of intervention is the joke of the century!! I have been totally screwed twice on eBay purchases in the last year, and although they claim to have contacted the sellers on my behalf, I have yet to see a penny of my money back. So unless the sellers want to volunteer to return the money (:biglaughb ), I am about a total of $300 poorer without any way to get any kind of satisfaction from anybody.

As long as there is an internet, and buyers are not seeing sellers face to face, this kind of thing will continue. Very sad, but very true. I hope you get your money back.

This AaronM3 guy only lives about 20-miles from me, and he flaked on my for a good two weeks while I held a set of FREE wheels for him. Said his M3 wouldn't make the trip...although it seems to make it every where else...he comes off like he is far from dependable.

a guy by the name of hb///mpower screwed me for alot of money (not the chump change you guys are fussing about) for some lighting I was buying for my previous hellrot m3. Well long story short he has ripped off alot of people for alot of money and paypal was only able to give me $100 (actually like 95) of my money back as his fund was drained from another guy he had ripped off $700 for and the guy had filed a complaint before me.... Paypal can suck my nuts.

the quality of the good, you should of say you have never
received anything from that bastard.

He requested to be removed, because he cannot argue
anything...HA. His excuses cannot wrap around the truth.

but he has refunded you the money already?
