Hi now that I understand the reason for the rebound adjustablity of my Konis, I was wondering what is the best way/form of adjustment for my H&R Sport/Koni SA/Eibach sways set-up? What I'm asking is, what is the better way to adjust the handling of the car? Since the springs aren't adjustable that leaves me with the shocks/struts and sways. I'm a predominantly street driver and prefer a smooth ride but less lean and more responsiveness in turns.

Presently I'm runnning med rear and soft front on the sways. And 1 turn from full soft front and rear on the Konis. I'm thinking of going 2 turns from soft in the rear so I can have more range of adjustabilty in the front(<2 turns for understeer and 2 turns for neutral). I probably will never go full hard. My wheels are 17x8" w/ 235/45-17s all around. Any info or recomendations would be great! Thanx!

the best thing is to set the rears to medium and then just adjust the front to full soft for street and full stiff for track/autoX.

Are you talking about the sways or the shocks/struts?

shocks only. the rear shocks need to be removed to adjust and if u have Ground Control RSMs then u dont have to tear thru' the carpet in the trunk. the fronts come with a knob for adjusting.

not sure abt sways tho'.
