Headliner shuttle

Replaced headlier and broken piesces everything works great except when the roof closes the headliner shuttle does not close but half way and then i must close it all the way by hand ? what did i miss doing in the install ? Thanks >>>>>>>.

The shuttle has to go into the catch mechanism. Although this does not close it but if you have it on the wrong side it might be causing this. Does it open fine to half way when you tilt the sunroof?

Its all good .except the headliner shuttle does not follow the roof to the full close position . just a thought.. if i open roof half way to fully open it can i pull the headliner shuttle forward to catch whatever it is that it needs to hook up with to fully close in sync with the roof panel when in the close position?

Yep, The metal piece the supports the sunroof itself should catch it. Did you move around the catch at all, maybe you put it to short. With the sunroof close open it just a little(Just tap the button)(Not tilt) there you should be able to move it freely.
