93 325is sputters at mid to high RPMs???

My friends 93 325is sputters from about 2000 RPMs up, Its not to bad just alittle powerless when this happens. Its sortof a off on type of thing, doesn't happen all the time just every now and then, you know what im sayin.

Parts replaced:
knock sensers
coils
hot temp senser
plugs about 6 months ago

what the hell is wrong with this car, it was like this before I sold it to him a year ago.

Im thinking it might be the injectors as I think there the ones it came with from the factory.

i dont know what you mean by sputters, be more specific.

but my car (randomly) kind of gives out at like 3000RPM. it feels like it stops, and then not even a second later it goes all out again, its wierd. is that kind of what you are talking about. i have an autotragic too so thats probably my problem.

i have a similar problem but only when my car is cold. it sputters from 1.5-2k rpm. I have replaced the knock sensors, camshaft sensor, crank sensor, air temp sensor, coolant temp sensors, plugs, coils, cleaned icv vavle, cleaned injectors. Seems like the only thing I havnt done is change the maf, this is a $330 part so if that doesnt work i might drive my car off the cliff

Cam Shaft position sensor( I think thats what it was called). Cylinder shapes thing left of the oil filter case. check the wires to it. That was my problem. the wires broke. Caused a jerk/loss of power at about 3-4k rpm.

I'll have to check the cam senor, the MAF was just changed, and I already told him to change his intake boot cuz it is cracked alittle around the vac lines.

My car does the same thing but to add to it, it randomly jolts. I've changed to MAF and nothing, changed the injectors, nothing. I DONT KNOW what to do! HELP?
