driver side window

I have a 1999 328ic. the driver side window locks up every few days. I have been fixing this by loosening the drive motor. once I pull it apart about an inch it works fine again for awhile. is this an adjustment that I can easily fix or is it the begining of the motor going bad. it seams that it is pushing the window up to far. thanks for the help

Sounds like you will need a new motor.

Had that happen to my dads 98 328i and he replaced the spark plugs and everything working fine.
