Bosch EV6 Injectors (with M20)

Hey guys.
I figured this would be the best place to post about this, seeing as this is where most people talk about beefing up their engines.

I'm in the process of sorting out a turbo system for my M20 E30, and am now looking for injectors. My aim is to find 39 or 42 lb/hr injectors.

I tried searching here for these EV6 injectors, but couldn't find a single post! Quite strange.

I'm wondering if these injectors will work (as in physically fit) my manifold and fuel rail. I'm pretty sure all EV1 injectors are interchangeable, but know nothing about EV6. I know I need to get new injector wiring clips, but that shouldn't be too big of a deal from a wreckers yard.

The injectors should fit the manifold- EV1 and EV6 injectors have the same o-ring diameter. You will need new connectors (as you already stated) and you will have to modify the fuel rail brackets, as the new injectors will be a different length.

If you are interested, I actually have 4 EV1's that I have just sitting. They are freshly rebuilt 39 lb/hr injectors.

Also, you dont seem to be afraid of the wiring, but if you dont want to cut up the factory harness, these guys make nice adapters from EV6 to EV1 connectors:

Thanks for the info. The adapters seem nice, but I'll just rewire everything (megasquirt is going in).
I can't really do much with 4 injectors... I'll just wait until something pops up here or Ebay.
