check engine light -need service in los angeles--help

would you believe it.. my check engine lamp came on .. it illuminated on the way to a needed smog check!!

where can i take my e36 m3 3.2 for some honest and good service in the los angeles area?

i was at willow springs one month ago and i money shifted but saved it in time...tach showed a max of 7k i think ...could that be the cause or do you think i need o2 sensors

car has 75k miles

its probably something simple like an evap error....just just find someone local with a code reader and have it reset.

then drive 100 miles or so before going back for a smog, sensors have to reset.

secondary air pump is flowing low.....low oxygen in the cylinder banks

do i need to replace the tubes? which ones .. the one long tube that brings fresh air into the unit?

i reset the codes then got smog right after...mistake...should have waited 100 miles.... so i guess i will drive 100 miles and hope the cel does not come on again and re smog
