need an automatic sedan or wagon, E46 or E34 (NO E36 cars. the wife HATES them)

willing to go up 2 or 3K in price, if it's not an even trade.

mine is a 1999 323i w 126k miles. engine was replaced due to a money shift. i have receipts for work performed at freedman's automotive in north jersey.

engine is from a 2000 325i, and has about 70k on it.

car is CLEAN, has no dents or dings, VERY minor scuffs, and interior is near flawless. seats show no wear, including driver's bolsters.

i really prefer to trade, rather than sell, but to fall in line with the rules of the forum, i will add that offers over $8200 will be considered.
