I was wondering if its worth it to buy an m3 with a messed up sparkplug hole in 1 cylinder (its cross threaded)
how much would it be approx to fix that,
and IF i removed head, anyway to make faster without spending much
eurospec cams?
different valve?

Thanks

Find a competent BMW shop that has opened and worked on S50B30 engines, and ask them for an estimate to pull the head, and repair it.

Then you'll have your answer.

Performance upgrades are another issue.

You can of course go from Mild to Wild.

Up in Canada, the Raven group does INCREDIBLE things.

Alex.

See if they make a heli-coil in your specific thread size and grip range. We have used these on many different applications, and with proper installation, have proved successful...

You could just retap the hole. That will work most of the time.
