Anyone else having any problems receiving any responses from Pacific BMW on parts you ordered from them? They didn't seem to have an issue charging my credit card, but they don't seem to respond to emails, voice mails, and when you do speak to someone there, they transfer you to a hangup and then don't answer the phone afterwards...
That's just not cool....

I've had the same problem. Anytime your order requires any more attention than the initial placement, they mess it up completely.
My timeline circa 2006:
Order $300 worth of misc. parts.
Notice credit card is charged for $300 within a day
Wait for a week
Don't hear anything
Call, no response
Call a day later, no response
Call again, hear that they're at lunch
Call again around 3 to hear that the internet sales guy went home.
Call again, finally get ahold of someone only to find out a part is on backorder with no idea when it will ship
Ask why they didn't ship the rest of the order or let me know I wouldn't get my parts
They shrug at me over the phone
I tell them to cancel the order and refund my payment
I pick up the same parts at Irvine BMW for the same price a day later
Wait one month and don't see my refund
Call Pacific, speak to parts manager, am told that the refunds are backed up but mine is getting put at the top of the list
No refund appears for a week
Call them numerous times with similar "lunch" or "went home" responses
Report complaint to washington mutual, get a credit to my account
4 months go by and I get a call from Pacific BMW telling me they're issuing a refund
Wamu calls me a day later to tell me they can't get ahold of Pacific BMW and they're taking back the refund
Finally get refund
Switched banks
Lesson learned:
-use a credit card to ensure you get some form of consumer protection
-don't order parts from Pacific BMW

Interesting.
I actually ordered a part from them, cancelled it the next morning.
Received the part, and was never billed for it.
But I will keep your post in mind.

OK, I've actually got to recant a bit... Guess what UPS delivered today... Yup the blacklines from Pacific... While it sucked about getting hung up on, and tracking was limited to when UPS showed up with a package at my front door, I got to give Pacific credit for a great price as well as delivery... I'll praise as much as I rant so now that I know what saving a some $$$ means in terms of tracking, I can live with that and will order from them again... There price beat the next best by a lot on the blacklines...
Thank you Pacific...
If you guys aren't have any luck with Pacific, then try BMW of Sterling in VA.
They are amazing.

I like to use EastBay BMW in CA, talk to the parts manager directly he will always take care of you.

They sent me wheel locks that didn't fit my car :( They still owe me a refund. I didn't bother calling the CC company because my sunshade was way cheaper there.
