yes, it does. it has ss race cats as well. but just hooking it up to the obd2 port it will pass no problem.

yea thats what i thought. too many low ballers, trying to get this car at a stock m3 price .i just spent 3,100 on maintenance, i know i wont be able to get my money back so i might as well keep it.
