Where to get wheel spacers?

I want to start looking into wheel spacers but the places I've found so far don't seem to offer an application for E92's. I'd like to get H&R's, I know those are going to be top quality. Any suggestions?

Do you know if the E92 has the smaller E36/E46 hub diameter or the larger 5/7 series BMW hub diameter?
