Yeah, there have been issues with fuel pumps on the early production models as well as overheating due to a lack of an oil cooler on the sedan models with the auto transmission. Both issues have since been resolved on the later production models.

As far as your offer goes for the M3, $8,500 is abut $3,600 lower than I'd consider taking. so no thanks.
