Dinan software

I currently have a 97 m3, i have dinan stage 3 software, but my exhaust isn't dinan and my intake is conforti, the only dinan part i have is the throttle body, i am about to get a dinan hfm and the installation kit for it, i was wondering if anyone knew if i could get the m50 manifold conversion kit done to my car, and if this would qualify me to get a stage 5 dinan chip? which requires the schrick intake manifold. But i figure the m50 would be even better. I was just wondering since my intake isn't dinan and it worked just fine with the software.

p.s- does anyone know if they're still doing half off on software?
